During her tenure as a top level Human Resource professional, Tonia assisted organizations in creating productive, customer focused cultures in various industries such as Government, Education, Retail, Information Technology, and Insurance. Noticing a shift in employee expectations, Tonia performed extensive research and discovered employees were disengaged and dissatisfied at all levels. It was then she made the decision that her purpose was to provide strategies and solutions on how to successfully transition to the life you crave – one that is financially rewarding and emotionally satisfying.

Practicing what she preaches, Tonia has successfully reinvented herself several times as an entrepreneur. Similar to the employees at the organizations she partnered with as a Human Resource professional, Tonia felt disengaged in the workplace and wanted to pursue a more fulfilling career. She eventually left her high profile job to pursue her purpose.

Leaving the workforce was very challenging as there was not a blueprint on how to successfully transition into an entrepreneur. Transition Enterprises was then born. As a Global Transition Coach, Tonia has found her niche professionally and personally, helping individuals transition from where they are to where they want to be.
